And who doesn’t want to help us invest in some new row cover since a bunch of ours tore when a dog/maybe coyote climbed over it last year?

Planted the second round of ranunculus & anemone yesterday in the tunnel we put up last fall! Still not wishing winter away though it certainly feels like spring in there. Fingers crossed the rodents don’t find out.

Only two reasons I’m stepping outside today: check on the ranunculus in the tunnel (all good!) & keep the goats, who have decided to sunbathe all day regardless of temperature, extra happy with fresh warm water

Anytime someone asks “are you dreaming of flowers yet?” I’ve honestly said no, we’ve barely had any winter, little to no snow, and to me, winter’s rest is really crucial in farming. But today it’s Very Cold so I’ll do a little dreaming. Spring CSA is filling up quick but we still have shares available for all seasons. Reminder that we are doing a sliding scale this year — please don’t be afraid to opt for a subsidized share as that’s what the scale is for. 💜

Hi! I haven’t felt compelled to post much of any

Hi! I haven’t felt compelled to post much of anything lately as we’ve been trying to take it easy in these winter months (see second slide). But seeding begins soon & that means it’s time to open CSA signups!

We have three CSA offerings, one for each flower season, always fresh weekly bouquets with a biweekly option for summertime. We’re doing a few things differently this year — first, we have two pickup locations (at the farm on Mondays & @pecorinocheeseshop Thursdays!). Second, payment will operate on a sliding scale. This has been a goal of mine since before the farm had a name & we finally feel ready to go for it with guidance from other lovely flower farmers. We hope anyone who wishes to is able to enjoy our flowers regardless of financial circumstance; you can read more about this on our webshop.

Tomorrow afternoon the shop will be password protected so previous CSA members can benefit from an early signup (pssst, check your emails!) and then we’ll open signups to all ***Monday January 9 at noon***.

Looking forward to our third growing season with you all & really can’t thank our CSA members enough for the continued support of this tiny farm. Hope to see more of you starting in May! Now back to the blanket & cat. 😽

hey hey it’s been a little while! we’re pumped to be popping up this Sunday 12/11 with @blackmoonhollow at @newtraditioncompany in Worcester. everlasting wreaths, dried bouquets, maybe (hopefully!) a little fresh eucalyptus, and evergreen goodies from @bellbrookfarm — last big hurrah for the farming season and our year of collective growing & creating!

it’s gonna be a super fun holiday market with a bunch of lovely local makers & I’ll surely be sipping a matcha or two. we’ll be there 9-2, see you then!

Kind of amazing to still have fresh flowers after the first snowfall, a hearty thank you to the collective tunnel with @blackmoonhollow. We are all set up inside the Grafton Municipal Center for @graftonfarmersmarket today until 5 with these beauties, heirloom chrysanthemum, everlasting wreaths & bouquets, and pie pumpkins. This is *it* for fresh bouquets. 😮‍💨
